- Coordinating and understanding the job description after discussing with Technical Managers and posting the same on various sites.
- Screening, shortlisting and conducting the initial HR round
- Coordinating with Technical managers for interviews
- Scheduling interviews in office or on call
- On selection scheduling final round of interview
- Negotiation on salary
- Taking care of onboarding formalities
- Coordinating with recruitment vendors for closure
- Scheduling and coordinating employee engagement activities inbound and outdoor activities
- Handling employee relations matters
- Maintaining records for leave,attendance and payroll
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees
- Any other activity if required to be done as per management discretion
Qualification And Experience:-
- BBA in HR or MBA in HR or MPM with experience of minimum 3 years in non – IT recruitment is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Should be settled in Kondhwa Nibm area or nearby areas
- Should be able to join in 1 month
Should be able to work on multiple profiles at a time
- If handled International hiring then will be an added advantage
