- Partner with EFX senior leadership team or other senior leaders with significant enterprise impact to ensure that HR strategy at the highest BU/COE level is aligned with business strategy.
- Leverages specialized depth of HR knowledge to provide strategic consultation with key stakeholders and leaders, often around areas of significant scope and complexity. May be an individual contributor or lead a small team.
- Interprets complex business strategy and identifies Human Capital opportunities
- Leads change management and workforce planning efforts with support and direction from the COE
- Implements and executes HR programs and initiatives which are typically consistent across all areas supported
- Work often involves SLT-level interaction and consultation
- Serves as the escalation point for HR-related BU/COE issues
- Engages to improve business outcomes through talent optimization
