As a part of strategic and rapid expansion, Enigma, an EV manufacturer from Madhya Pradesh has announced its plans to increase its workforce by 50 employees. The company currently employs 24 individuals and aims to have a total of 74 skilled experts propelling its mission ahead this year.
The company is hiring across its verticals such as engineering, design, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer support. By assembling a diverse pool of talent internally, the company aims to enhance its ability to deliver innovative, reliable, and affordable electric models to the market.
Talking on the roles and opportunities, the company is looking to hire professionals at the executive level to shape its brand identity, market positioning, and strategic direction. Therefore, the company is actively seeking professionals for the roles of chief marketing officer (CMO) and chief strategy officer (CSO) to further enhance its leadership capabilities.
Moreover, in order to attract a diverse range of talent and incorporate various perspectives, Enigma will conduct its hiring process in multiple locations. Bhopal, Bengaluru, and Delhi have been selected as the hiring centres, taking advantage of the abundant talent available in these dynamic cities and generating employment opportunities across different regions.
