The HR Representative role will be part of a team that serves as the first point of contact for Amex GBT employees that have HR related questions. The team will provide support to employees by responding to employee generated cases, chat sessions and phone calls.

- 2 -4 years HR experience in one or more relevant markets.
- Experience supporting a remote employee population and/or experience working in a Shared Service environment.
- Multi-lingual with one or more languages in applicable GBT markets
- Receiving paper forms and processing appropriately.
