By October 2022, Hinduja Global Solutions will be hiring 400 employees locally, for its new delivery centre at Mysuru, Karnataka. Company that provides solutions in consumer engagement, digital CX and business process management (BPM), will be hiring aggressively through the year, as it plans to enter new markets and expand in terms of capabilities and geographical presence.
The Company, which currently employs over 8,600 people across eight delivery centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Vizag, is looking to hire graduates with proficiency in English. The Company has a strong presence in seven countries, with over 21,600 employees across 38 delivery centres.
Pushkar Misra, president and CEO – APAC, HGS admits that “Mysuru has played a key role in HGS’ success before when we supported the domestic market” and therefore, it is hoped that this “new center will help us aggressively grow our global delivery capabilities from India.”
Misra also shared that Mysuru “has some fantastic talent and we’ve always found candidates aligned to our requirement. In fact, the local talent is the prime reason for us coming back to Mysuru.”
The Centre has a capacity of 480 seats and is capable of accommodating up to 1,000 employees in two shifts. To begin with, the Mysuru centre will support a US client with international non-voice processes and back-office services, and add other clients subsequently.
