Innowave IT Infrastructures, an e-governance company focussed on technology innovation and expertise is all set to expand its workforce. The Company will be hiring 1500 employees this year.

The Company is seeking talent — freshers and experienced managers—in the areas of networking, project management, accounting, multitasking, general management support as well as office support services for its Mumbai and Pune operations.

Presently, Innowave IT has a 700 strong workforce in addition to 25,000 contractual employees in the country.

While Maharashtra remains its main market, the Company has established a hold in Assam, Odisha, UP, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh as well. With a new project from Uganda, it has stepped into Africa too and is also in demand in the Middle East.

E-governance hiring demands multiple skills programmers, data-entry operators, statistical analysts, GIS experts, consultants as well as supervisory staff among others.
