Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end operational aspects of employee life cycle processes (On-Boarding, Induction, Role Change, Separation)
- Payroll Management Co-ordination – Permanent employees
- Payroll Management Co-ordination – Contract employees
- Ensuring the smooth & efficient operation and management of employee record
- Managing health & hygiene of employee data on HRMS (SuccessFactor). Be accountable for data integrity in systems, embedding robust quality assurance and control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy
- Handling employee queries related to policies and other HR operations related activities. Act as SME for complex issues and queries
- HR audit – liaising and co-ordinating with the Central Finance team & external audit agencies
- Statutory (PF, Gratuity, NPS) – liaising and co-ordinating with the Central Payroll team members
- Working with data and can provide regular analytics
- Generation of accurate employee-related reports for senior management
- Manage HR related communication
- Lead & manage ERT
- Manage Employee Health Insurance + Domiciliary Medical
Qualification And Experience:-
- Proven experience in HR Operations Management
- Experience in implementing Process Controls, audits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting
- Good Knowledge of Legal and Statutory Compliances
- Work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Must be highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding conditions
