Prime Minister Narendra Modi will commend the revamped recruitment system. He will speak at the National Rozgar Mela through a video link; he is about to distribute approximately 71,000 appointment letters to newly hired government personnel.

In the current fiscal year, the budget has dedicated a substantial amount of Rs 10 trillion towards capital expenditure, marking a significant investment in infrastructure development. This strategic allocation has played a pivotal role in fostering the creation of modern and advanced infrastructure across the country.

The construction of new roads, bridges, railways, airports, and other crucial facilities has not only enhanced connectivity and accessibility but has also generated a multitude of employment opportunities.

The government’s efforts in attracting foreign direct investments have resulted in increased economic growth and job creation. International businesses and investors have recognized the potential and prospects offered by India’s vibrant market, leading to the establishment of new ventures and the expansion of existing ones.

The inaugural employment fair took place on October 22, 2022, where 75,000 newly selected personnel received their appointment letters. Following that, the second recruitment drive occurred on November 22, 2022, with the distribution of 71,000 appointment letters.

Subsequently, the third fair was held on January 20, 2023, where another 71,000 appointment letters were provided. Lastly, on April 13, 2023, the fourth fair took place, and once again, 71,000 appointment letters were handed out.

India’s diverse range of exportable goods and services has gained international recognition, further boosting the job market. The expansion of export-oriented industries, such as manufacturing, IT services, textiles, and agriculture, has provided a platform for skilled individuals to find meaningful employment and contribute to the nation’s economic growth.
