90% students of FORE School receive job offers, average CTC of Rs 11.75 lakh

The higher international CTC offered till now is Rs 41 lakh per annum

Ninety per cent of students of the 2020-22 batch of 355 at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, have received at least one job offer, with the average CTC offered being Rs 11.75 lakhs. The highest (international) CTC offered so far has been Rs. 41 lakhs per year, whereas the highest domestic CTC offered so far has been Rs. 21.5 lakhs per annum.

Interestingly, the average CTC at FORE has remained steady for about three years now, which means the pandemic-induced economic slump has not had too much of an effect on the offers this year.

Maximum offers have come from the IT, finance, ITES, FMCG, and consulting sectors.

Last year, the average remuneration for the batch 2019-21, was Rs.10.7 lakhs per year, while the highest remuneration of Rs. 27 lakh came from the consulting and research sector. The second highest offers of Rs 24 lakh a year was offered in marketing. While the maximum CTC in operations and IT was Rs 20 lakh per annum, the figure for HR was Rs 17 lakh a year and finance was Rs 15 lakh per annum.

Last year, the employers that participated included big names such as Amazon, Cognizant, Mahindra, ICICI Bank, Dell, Deloitte, ITC, HCL, Asian Paint, GEP, and Nestle among others, who made a significant number of offers.

Of the 136 recruiters, 58 were new. A good 39 per cent of the offers were made by IT/ITES, 22 per cent offers came from BFSI, while 21 per cent offers were made by research & consulting. Ten per cent offers were made by the FMCG/FMCD/Automobile industry.
