Biz2Credit, the online marketplace for small business funding, is all set to give bonuses, BMW bikes, cash rewards and other perks to its staff for 2021-22. The digital-first provider of small business funding, plans to reward its top performers — about 20 per cent of its workforce — up to 40 times their performance-linked incentives. The US-headquartered company, which has 300 employees based in India, is planning to expand its India team to over 450 by the end of the year.

Rohit Arora, CEO, Biz2Credit says that these rewards are a “small token of appreciation, for our employees to feel motivated, engaged, valued and empowered so that they bring their best work through careers they find meaningful.” Even amidst the pandemic, the Company has witnessed significant growth, bagged several new clients and anticipates “greater leap, both in India as well as overseas” in the next one year.

The Company is trying to recognise the professionalism, client-centricity, work ethic and perseverance of its employees by offering rewards in three categories — People Manager, Hi-Flier Team and 5 Individual best performers of the year. The top performers will not only get cash prizes, but also a bike of their choice. For Diwali, employees have been promised an opportunity to choose between Apple iWatch Bundle, Cycling Health Package, Gold coins and so on.

The Company backs Biz2X, the global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions to provide a customised online-lending experience for their small and midsize business customers.

Vineet Tyagi, CTO & head of operations, Biz2Credit India, admits that it is “with the strength and resilience of our team” that “we have witnessed a healthy increase and broad-based growth.”

Earlier this year, the Company announced COVID-19 aid initiatives, such as interim cash bonus, upgraded medical benefit plan, weekend-working incentive, broadband and telephone bill reimbursement facilities, Covid vaccination cost reimbursement, and so on, to support the employees amidst the challenges of the pandemic.
