Borzo, a global delivery service, has launched a new referral programme for its delivery partners, which allows them to earn monetary rewards on referring and inviting new delivery partners to the platform.

The delivery partner can use the Borzo app to refer friends by sharing their unique referral code visible on their profile. Within seven days of a new delivery partner signing up using this unique code and completing the first delivery, the referring partner will receive 100 bonus points. Once the new partner completes five deliveries, the referring partner will receive an additional 400 bonus points within the next 14 days!

That means, as the number of deliveries by the new partner increases, the referring partner keeps getting more bonus points. There’s no limit to the rewards that can be won. These bonus points can be redeemed for various rewards, including cash bonuses, discounts on services and other incentives. The delivery partners can track their own progress and their referred friend’s progress on their app’s ‘Bonuses & Referral’ tab. Borzo is planning to convert the rewards into cash every week and the amount will be deposited in the delivery partner’s account directly.

That’s not all. Borzo, which was formerly called Wefast, has also announced plans to offer additional benefits to its delivery partners, including insurance coverage and training programmes to enhance their skills and improve their earning potential.

According to Devesh Gangal, country marketing manager, Borzo, India, the referral programme “is an exciting way for our delivery partners to earn extra while helping us expand our operations”. The company’s focus is on “initiatives that impact our delivery partners positively be it insurance, upskilling, safety or even rewards and incentives”.

This programme will help increase Borzo’s team of delivery partners whose present strength is 2,00,000 active delivery partners. In addition to expanding the team, the scheme will help these delivery partners earn extra via the bonus points. The referral programme “will help us attract more delivery partners to the platform while also incentivising existing partners to refer quality candidates to us,” says Gangal.

The global delivery service has presence in 22 cities and an active network of 2,00,000 delivery partners serving individuals and SMBs to big enterprises. With the new referral programme, the company will not only be able to expand its operations, but also provide new earning opportunities for its delivery partners.

Having expanded its services to eight new cities including Amritsar, Guwahati, Jodhpur, Kota, Lucknow, Udaipur and Dehradun, the company now serves 22 markets in India, including Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Surat, Jaipur, Goa, Indore, Bhopal and Chandigarh.
