The primary goal of this programme is to empower women to re-enter the workforce after taking a break from their careers. By offering equal and inclusive professional opportunities across various verticals of the company, this first-of-its-kind initiative provides a dignified platform for women from diverse backgrounds and communities to resume their careers.

This unique initiative involves coaching and internal mentoring to ensure a seamless transition for women returning to the corporate environment. Additionally, candidates benefit from valuable networking opportunities and professional development programs. The 4th season of ‘Drive Her Back’ will also extend its benefits to the spouses of MG Motor’s current employees.
