eInfochips to hire 250 engineers for Hyderabad design centre

eInfochips, the global provider of product engineering and semiconductor design services, has expanded its Hyderabad design centre in its effort to meet customer demands. It will hire 250 engineers by FY23.

The Company will take on 100 engineers in the next six months, and then steadily fill out the remaining vacancies by 2023. The candidates who are acquainted with silicon design, verification, and physical design are going to be prioritised for the jobs.

According to Sumit Sethi, COO, eInfochips, the Company is looking to expand its reach with the help of an expanded and diverse talent. The Hyderabad design centre is going to strengthen the Company’s global capacities, of ASIC & FPGA design, verification, and validation, and backend (physical design/DFT) for their client.

A subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, eInfochips has developed 500 plus products for its costumers till now and has deployments in 140 countries. The Company specialises in digital transformation and connected IoT solutions across various cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. It works in an array of domains, such as aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, home automation, industrial automation, medical devices, retail, semi-conductor, and transport and logistics.

Back in 2018, when eInfochips was acquired by Arrow, the deal had grabbed headlines as it had showcased the potential of Gujarat to create niche tech companies.

A couple of weeks ago, eInfochips launched a ready-to-use, cost-effective, and versatile camera reference design kit (RDK) based on the Qualcomm Vision Intelligence Platform using Qualcomm QCS610 and QCS410.
