Genius Consulting, the Kolkata-based HR consulting and manpower outsourcing company, is all set to expand its service offerings. For more than two decades now, the Company has been providing permanent staffing solutions, but now it plans to offer facility management and security services as well in the metro cities and tier II cities, such as Chandigarh, Lucknow, Patna, Guwahati and Bhubaneswar. Through these additional services, the Company hopes to earn a revenue of Rs 100 crore by 2023. With the facilities management industry expected to grow rapidly in the country—17 per cent by 2023 — and all set to cross the $19 billion mark, the Company’s portfolio-expansion plan comes at the right time. The facility management service offered by Genius Consultants covers hard services, such as preventive maintenance, engineering services, building management services, energy management, loss prevention, elevators and escalators, plumbing and drainage, and so on. The soft services offered include housekeeping, office administration support, reception desk management, vendor management, and so on. Genius Consultants has 15 offices across India and will soon be opening six more by 2019. The Company employs almost 55000 contractual employees.
