ISS Facility Services India, a subsidiary of ISS group from Denmark has announced that it will recruit 25, 000 employees in India in the next two years. It is also planning to double its revenue to more than Rs 2,500 crore in three years. The decision to hire more employees has been taken in part to help with the company’s future plans.

The company’s essential business is concerned with integrated facility management, property management services, technical services, cleaning services and security services.

India CEO of ISS Aksh Rohatgi said that the pandemic affected the business because of decision to close down offices, and increased adoption of work from home. Since the rate of attrition in this business is higher than any other, finding the right employees and retaining them is challenging.

ISS is currently operating across 23 states and UTs (Union Territories). Currently, it has over 800 clients and 4, 500 sites across India.

It has 50, 000 employees under its payroll who provide different kinds of non-core services. The headcount will reach 70, 000 to 75, 000 by in the next two years.

The company’s revenue declined by around 20 per cent in 2020 and 10 per cent in 2021. It had posted Rs 1, 800 crore revenue in 2019, and is confident that it’ll surpass the number in 2022. In long-term, the company wants to grow its revenue to more than 2,500 crores by 2025.
