With the goal to empower Indian youth and sustain its growth path, mPokket, a digital lending platform, aims to increase its workforce by March 2023 in all areas. mPokket believes in inclusivity, a work culture that values its people, and a goal of empowering India’s youth through job creation and upskilling, aligning with the company’s values.

The Kolkata-headquartered company presently has 2,700 personnel, including those at its Bangalore branch.

mPokket intends to recruit a broad range of young individuals for several job roles, including technology, product, data analytics, and digital customer experts, as part of its hiring approach. Their technology hiring focuses on hiring people who are proficient in SDET, Python, Android, Java, NodeJS, and DevOps. The company has faith in establishing a constructive workplace atmosphere and encouraging the intellectual growth of its staff.

The company has been emphasising not only geographic diversity but also gender diversity in its workforce. In the customer experience field, managerial positions start from the Team Leader level and above. Around 34% of the women workforce, which amounts to 61 women leaders out of a total of 177 workers, are present in this area.
