Currently, it has an employee strength of 50+ people and is planning to add 200 people to its workforce by the end of the year. The company is especially interested in millennial graduates, in the age group of 25 to 35 years, with expertise as financial analyst, valuation analyst, Python Developers, Frontend Developers, Android & iOS.
Ishima Singla, Chief Valuation office – CVO, said that Planify aspires to provide high quality valuation and analysis services to its clients while also expanding its service offerings. The company is looking to grow its team by 4-5 times by recruiting passionate and dedicated individuals.
Planify was founded in 2019, by Rajesh Singla who is also the CEO of the company. It has experienced an exponential growth and has crossed Rs 150 crore in turnover in the current fiscal year. It is expecting another growth surge in 10-12 months, hence the need for an expanded workforce.
It is a financial services firm, and provides Pre IPO stocks, upcoming IPO stocks, and Private equity stocks and helps startups to raise funds by granting seed funding, start-up funding, and growth funding through investors. It lets its investors access research reports on companies trading on its website, along with an overview of the company and its updated prices. It has offices in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Udaipur, Rajasthan.
