Tata Capital, the financial service division of Tata Group, has recently recruited over 340 management trainees as part of its management trainee programme in 2023.

These individuals were recruited from prestigious institutions like the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other top business schools across India. Tata Capital conducted its recruitment drive in 50 campuses nationwide to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.

The financial services company aims to provide challenging opportunities to these management trainees by offering them roles in various functions of the firm such as sales, credit, collections, risk, finance, HR, data science and technology.

Through this annual management programme, Tata Capitals provides the opportunity for MBA freshers to explore and develop their skills in the field of finance.

This programme serves as a stepping stone for these trainees in understanding the industry and in discovering the ways to get along in this field.

To contribute to the future of the financial services sector, Tata Capitals aims to remain committed to empowering such young professionals while upholding its core values of excellence, diversity, and innovation in all endeavours.

Avijit Bhattacharya, chief human resources officer (CHRO), Tata Capital, emphasised the significance of the management trainee programme as a gateway to attract top-tier talent and fully immerse them in the Tata culture. The company is dedicated to investing in the trainees’ professional growth and critical skill development, with a strong focus on creating a robust leadership pipeline for the future.

It appears like some of the text in your posts are running off the screen.
Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is
happening to them as well? This could be a issue with my internet browser because I’ve had this happen before.
      Appreciate it
