TravelTriangle moves into a swanky new office

Situated in Gurugram, the new workplace will house over 450 employees from both Noida and Gurugram branches

The holiday marketplace, TravelTriangle, has just moved into a bigger office in Gurugram as it celebrates its journey towards growth. A company that began as a team of four has grown into a larger workforce of over 450 now.

The swankier two-storey office emulates the brand’s bold and innovative persona with a touch of elegance. The work space will house employees from its previous workplaces in Noida and Gurugram, and will be the hub of TravelTriangle’s operations in the NCR.

Having maintained its young, vibrant, energetic, employee-centric outlook in its growth journey, the company has also aligned its latest office with its philosophy of lean and free-flowing culture, which is also visible in their spacious setup.

The sprawling office, however, goes beyond mere functionality. It employs a creative décor adorned and personalised with paintings made by TravelTriangle employees. This not only nurtures an engaging and immersive environment, where people enjoy working, but also maximises productivity and innovativeness.

The meeting rooms are designed keeping in mind the company’s core objective of serving delightful holidays and are themed around popular destinations, such as Gujarat, Kerala, Greece, South Africa and so on. Kites, puppets, and dandiyas pepper the Gujarat Room, while the Paris room’s dreamy interior showcases the iconic Eiffel Tower.

Speaking about the new facility, Sankalp Agarwal, co- founder & CEO, TravelTriangle, says, “Our new office is designed to reflect our organisation’s flat hierarchy. We believe that good work happens when done together and without unnecessary roadblocks to innovation, which is why the workspace is kept approachable and open.”

According to Agarwal, TravelTriangle, seeks to create a company and product for the future. “That our team members are integral to our success is demonstrated in the way they took part in decorating the office walls and meeting rooms, lending their creativity to make the work space more personalised and cosy. The opening of our latest office in Gurugram is our way of celebrating the company’s recent spate of growth, while providing an even more fulfilling work environment to our employees,” he adds.

TravelTriangle’s decision to shift into a new office follows close on the heels of its recent profitable status. The startup has been registering prolific growth over the last few quarters in terms of its user base, travel partners, holidays booked and so on. It was this high-growth, high-potential proposition that helped it secure $10 million investment in its Series B round, led by Singapore-based RB investments, in February 2017.
