Biz2Credit, a business-funding platform for small businesses, which employs more than 200 employees in India, has appointed Anupama Garg as its SVP-HR for India. Garg will manage and lead the Company’s HR operation in the country, based out of Delhi NCR.
Garg joins Biz2Credit from the CK Birla Group, where she was the senior general manager – HR for corporate offices. She comes with close to two decades of experience in HR.
Having completed her postgraduation in personnel management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Garg started her career in the manufacturing sector, working with Bajaj Auto as an assistant manager- HR.
In the first six and a half years of her career, Garg honed her skills in the HR domain working woth Bajaj for more than two years and then with ITC for another four years. In 2006, Garg went on to join Maersk as assistant general manager and regional head of South Asia for organisational development. After spending three years with the Company, Garg switched to Max Bupa in 2010 as its assistant vice president-HR and also interim head of HR.
In her career spanning over twenty years, Garg had the opportunity to serve in multiple sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, FMCG and BFSI.
