Polmor Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Polish company Polmor is gearing to expand in Telanga, where it already has facilities in the Automotive Park in Kallakal and Muppireddypalli Industrial Area of Medak district. This expansion will create at least a hundred more jobs, and thus, contribute to the Make In India mission.

Sebastian Domzalski, Poland Ambassador and Chargé d’affairs to India visited the facilities near Hyderabad where essential railway components are manufactured for companies in Europe. He also took a look at the new facility which is yet to be completed and become operational.

The company has obtained a couple of more acres of land, in addition to the property it already has so that it can go ahead with the expansion, which is expected to cost about 2.5 million euros.

Presently about 30 employees of the company from India are based out of the parent firm, Polmor, in Poland. They are benefitting from their experience there and are getting to develop and enhance their skills.

A delegation comprising Aleksander Da?da, Consul General of Poland, Pawe? Mokrzycki, economic counsellor at the Embassy of Poland, toured the new facility along with KVR Subba Rao, managing director, Polmor Steel and Domzalski.
