    Teliolabs to hire 100, focus on gender diversity

    Teliolabs, the telecom and IoT-based tech solutions company is planning to hire 100 more people to its already 100-strong workforce, by December 2021. The Company is also trying to improve the gender diversity within the organisation by hiring more women who wish to return to work after a sabbatical or were forced to go on leave during the pandemic.

    YITSOL-Telecom & IoT Labs, launched in 2015, which was rebranded as TelioLabs. The Company has been able to retain its employees post rebranding and is now focussing on hiring techies to take its team strength to 200.

    Teliolabs is a SaaS-driven service model that offers next-gen solutions in the domains of telecom, enterprise and Internet of Things (IoT).

    Design, implementation, support and managed services driven by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), IoT and DevOps analytics in the IoT domain, as well as the telecom and enterprise application domain are its forte.

    It hopes to offer an opportunity to women hoping to resume their careers or get back into the active workforce post a break. In doing so, the Company hopes to offer a chance to people who deserve it. TelioLabs has about 15 clients across the telecom, IoT and manufacturing sectors.

    It has been successfully providing IoT device management solutions, telecom network and resource management solutions to the Indian Army, AT&T and Food Corporation of India, among others.
