    UST has 10,000 tech jobs on offer in 2021

    UST, the California-based digital transformation-solutions firm, is on the lookout for talent in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML), cybersecurity, robotic process automation, application development and modernisation, intelligent process automation, data science and engineering, digital transformation, Java and cloud infrastructure. It plans to take on 10,000 techies, including freshers, globally, this year.

    In addition to India, the hiring will happen from other countries, including the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, the US, Colombia, Spain, Austria, Israel, Poland, Malaysia, Ukraine, Singapore, Australia, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Canada, Costa Rica, Argentina, Colombia, Ukraine, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium and Luxembourg.

    About 2,000 fresh engineering graduates will be taken on as part of this hiring drive, from campuses across India. Before being assigned live projects, the new hires will be put through over 100 hours of skills training.

    Creative tech talent with the ability to help transform businesses for clients, with a human-centric manner of working is what the Company is looking for.

    With more than 26,000 employees spread across 25 countries, UST has about 15,000 employees in India, across its offices in Chennai, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hosur, Noida and Coimbatore.

    With the demand for digital solutions rising, globally, due to the pandemic-imposed remote working situation, the Company has witnessed growth. It hopes to see the trend continuing.
