In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies – that provide us with the visibility and transparency to understand how we make people related decisions. You will also implement actions and behaviours to empower everyone to perform at their very best.
Responsibilities:-
- Aligns HR strategy & solutions with the business strategy by understanding business, market and industry trends, providing insights for future talent needs in order to build talent and leadership capabilities.
- Acts as a change driver to realize the long term people strategy.
- Brings together the combined HR solutions and takes ownership of the HR processes execution in respective operational unit
- Implements people processes, tools and solutions and deliver people programs and practices within an organizational unit or site, based on local business needs, in close cooperation with line management.
- Job Role Performance Metrics – Employee engagement index for the operational unit, Leadership Index for the unit, Competence & resource gaps closing for the Unit, Delivery performance survey results, Performance on execution of people related strategic initiatives and programs/projects being run to support key business objectives
Qualification And Experience:-
- BA in HR Management or related field.
- 12+ Years of total experience
