Finally, the stage is set for its gala opening. The theme of this 49th IFTDO seeks to tackle the current scenario so that it brings greater dynamism to the marketplace and is relevant to the context, especially in the pandemic and post-pandemic era. It will be a melting point for discussions, networking and learning. We will discuss what we have learned from the pandemic and what must be unlearned now in the future of work.”
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Natraj Ray, National President, ISTD reiterated that, “This is indeed a unique opportunity after the pandemic to meet physically and deliberate on skilling, reskilling and how to make use of what we have learned from the pandemic and its challenges in the years ahead. As ISTD, the largest learning and development organization in the country, we are delighted to host the IFTDO 2022.”
Sharing his thoughts, Dr. Vinayshil Gautam, Chair, Steering Committee & President Emeritus, ISTD said, “The Conference is going to be a major contribution to the search of directions.
