    Admissions open to XLRI’s EDHRM (2018-19) programme for working executives

    Managers with five years of full time experience are eligible for the course.

    XLRI has announced admissions to the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM 2018-19) programme for working executives. Professionals willing to enroll can apply till October 10, 2017.

    The programme is designed for working executives, so that they can enhance their professional knowledge and skills, and excel in their HR roles. The managers get an opportunity to earn the diploma without discontinuing their current jobs.

    The duration of the programme is 16 months, divided into six terms. The students will have to complete 15 cumpulsory courses in the first five terms, and work ona devoted action research-based project in the sixth term.

    The fee for the programme is Rs 4 lakhs + GST, including tuition fee and other infrastructure necessities, but excluding board and lodging expenses.

    The eligibility for applying to this programme is graduation (minimum three years of full-time study) form a recognised university, in any discipline and a minimum of five years of full-time work experience in managerial positions.

    Given the technological disruption and other innovations in HR, it is important that the HR mangers have relevant skills to better manage and succeed at their work.

    This programme will provide deep understanding of various concepts in HR and acquaint executive students with the latest developments and best practices in the HR sector. The programme will create HR experts who will be ready to head the HR function and bring positive changes in theirorganisations.
