ARETE Group, the Gujarat-headquartered business house, has increased its team strength by hiring over 325 skilled experts for various domains, including operations, customer relationship management and marketing.

The Group is trying to leverage the untapped potential in the country and strongly believes that “employees are the best PR for a company”. Therefore, it makes sure to align its vision with the employees’ goals, treading the path to collective growth.

Well known in the industrial parks business ecosystem in India, ARETE is open to hiring people with a zeal to succeed and an attitude to make a difference.

Building enterprises and ventures from ground up, ARETE focuses on adding value to its clients as well as its internal team.

Siraj Saiyad, director, ARETE Group, reveals that, “It is through the automated process of resume collection and qualification check followed by manual verification that we have hired the fully eligible workforce”.

According to him, the Group was motivated to carry out this drive because they feel it is their “responsibility to contribute to the economy of the country” and “help curb the employability concerns in the industry and pay special attention to our goal of mutual growth”.

The company is “fanning the entrepreneurial wave in India” and “looking forward to creating not just a company with a bunch of services but an experience that enables people to be more self-reliant and confident with their skills”.

By hiring raw talent and whetting it to perfection, ARETE —which was established in 1990 and works in the areas of land acquisition, development of infrastructure and also aids companies with regulatory approvals — is trying to establish a rapport with the youth of the country.
