Biz2X to hire 350+ by end of 2022

The digital lending SaaS platform plans to expand its 550 strong team to 1000


Biz2X, a leading digital lending SaaS platform, is all set to expand its 550 strong team to 1,000. It plans to add at least 350 new employees in 2022.

The Company that enables financial institutions to provide a customised online lending experience for their small and midsize business customers will hire freshers as well as mid-level and experienced professionals. It is also looking to fill 8-10 C-suite positions externally as well as internally.

Ramit Arora, president & co-founder, Biz2Credit & Biz2X says “The coming 6-12 months are very crucial for the Company, thus we are looking to add 350+ to meet the demand of current and new businesses”.

To support the ongoing advancement of its fintech products and platform, the Company is looking to include talent in the areas of MEAN/MERN Stack, Python, BI, PHP, DevOps, QA, compliance, data scientists, product managers, scrum masters, and DBA.

In addition to techies, the Company will hire talent across HR, finance, marketing, and communications as well. It will take on fresh graduates as well as lateral hires from Tier 1 and 2 institutes in a 50-50 ratio. The talent-acquisition team is participating in multiple campus and off-campus drives for the same, visiting IIT, NSIT, Great Lakes, BITS Pilani, Delhi University, Jamia Milia, Punjab Technical University, Chandigarh University, and so on.

“The traditional financial system is aggressively ramping up its processes to make it tech-driven to meet the customers’ requirements. To expedite the manual interventions of banks and NBFCs, we at Biz2X are coming with various tech-driven products, and all this calls for a skilled pool of talent,” adds Arora.

The Company, which partners with financial institutions to support their digital transformation efforts, is hiring freshers and industry-ready professionals to strengthen its recently-launched fintech product, ‘Maadhyam’. Over the last year, the Company has tripled its headcount.
