Guidehouse, a global consulting firm has elevated Jamila Taylor as CHRO. Taylor joined Guidehouse in 2019 as its head of HR operations, responsible for building strategies around talent acquisition, HR technology, people analytics, payroll and total rewards.
Later, in 2019, Taylor moved to another role as the partner and head of operations for Guidehouse’s shared services business.
As the CHRO, Taylor will report to Charles Beard, COO, Guidehouse. Her focus will be to build strategic HR functions such as human capital strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership and cultural development, organisational design, and learning and development.

She has a proven track record of building, leading and managing teams across the globe.
Talking about Taylor’s “collaborative and empathetic leadership style”, Beard is confident that in the CHRO role, “she will be instrumental in creating programmes that help us support and retain our talented employees in consulting, digital services, and managed services, while also ensuring we can continue to attract skilled and diverse talent around the globe to help us fulfil our vision for the future”.
Taylor also serves on Guidehouse’s ISO Audit Committee, Inclusion & Diversity Council and Compensation Committee, overseeing certain key functions including the management review and leadership commitment.
