Branded as CIEL Stars, these franchisees will be located in IT parks, SEZs, industrial estates and places housing many corporate companies. The franchisees will also be extended to tier-II and tier-III cities across India.

The founder of Ma Foi, K PandiaRajan, launched CIEL HR services in August, 2015. The company now plans to have 100 offices across India through a franchisee model. The company has also launched a brand identity for its franchisees— CIEL Stars.

CIEL Stars will be located at places, such as IT parks, SEZs, industrial estates that house many corporate companies. The franchisees will also be extended to tier-II and tier-III cities across the country.

To quantify the scale of operations, the company says, it will offer support to over 2000 organisations, 500+ recruiters and engage with 20,000 plus candidates each month.

The chairman of CIEL HR Services, K PandiaRajan, or KPR as he is popularly known as, says, “Since its inception, CIEL has been growing strongly and it is encouraging to see that it has partnered with over 100 companies spread across India in a short span of six months.”

“This new expansion plan under CIEL Stars is a significant move towards helping companies spot the right talent instantly and I am confident that CIEL will continue to offer innovative solutions, with the power of analytics, in the HR services industry,” he adds.

Aditya Narayan Mishra, CEO – CIEL HR Services, says, “CIEL sees itself to be uniquely positioned to service the market needs by a quick scale-up of its operations. To achieve this, we want to be in proximity to the companies looking for talent and the candidates desirous of better opportunities.”

For the uninitiated, 11 years after selling their company to the Dutch head-hunting firm, Vedior NV, the two founders of Ma Foi, K. Pandia Rajan and Latha Rajan, co-founded another HR outfit – CIEL HR Services, in August 2015.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, CIEL, the French word for sky, promised to be a next-generation HR services company. CIEL will utilise the power of technology and analytics to offer a range of services, such as permanent and flexible staffing, executive search, selection and managed services programmes.
