    TCS to hire graduates, postgraduates for ‘Off-campus Digital hiring programme’

    Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring engineering graduates for its ‘Off-campus Digital Hiring Programme’. Candidates can access the applications from the official site, https://nextstep.tcs.com/. They are advised to apply only once, since multiple applications from the same candidate could lead to disqualification.

    All candidates will have to appear for an online test and personal interview. The written test will be held remotely, and will consist of sections on advanced quantitative aptitude (40 minutes), verbal ability (10 min), advanced coding (60 min). The Company will announce the dates for both the test and interview in the coming weeks. If selected, the undergraduates will get a salary package of Rs 7 lakhs per annum while the postgraduates will be paid about Rs 7.3 lakhs per year.

    Students who have possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology (B.Tech) or (M.Tech)/ engineering (B.E) or (M.E)/computer application (MCA)/science (M.Sc) from any recognised college or university college are eligible to apply. However, they must have 6 to 12 months of work experience in the information technology industry.

    Candidates should have scored 70 per cent aggregate marks in classes 10 and 12, and should have completed a diploma (if applicable), graduation and postgraduation in their respective courses. Any academic gaps, should not exceed two years. Only candidates who have completed a full-time courses will be considered. No students from part-time or correspondence courses will be considered.
