Waah Jobs, formerly known as Asaanjobs, has handed over all creative duties and responsibility of rebranding to Lowe Lintas.
Henceforth, Lowe Lintas will be responsible for developing Waah Jobs’ new identity, rebranding its job board and handling its brand positioning.
Lowe Lintas will now deliver integrated campaigns to strengthen the Waah Jobs brand, which aims to simplify hiring for blue-collar jobs across India, including jobs of web developers, accountants, admin executives, cooks and delivery personnel.
The timing for this partnership is just right, given that the recruitment space has begun to recover, and the brand is targeting to make a mark in in the area of tech-enabled recruitment.
Waah Jobs expects to see the number of jobseekers growing ten times in the next five years. The Company hopes to leverage the potential in the grey and blue-collar jobs market. Once the rebranding work is over, the integrated campaign will be launched.
In early February, OLX Group had decided to rebrand its job board, Aasaanjobs to Waah Jobs. The Group has been in operation in India as OLX People and Assanjobs, in the blue-collar staffing and recruitment space. At a time when there are signs of recovery in the recruitment sector, driven by technology companies, startups, healthcare firms, logistics groups and other in-demand sectors, businesses are expected to feel more confident to expand and grow. This means, the number of jobseekers will also grow.
