To instil strength and confidence in women across various aspects, Wardwizard Foods and Beverages has introduced the “#SheVentures” initiative.
The core focus of the initiative is to empower women who aspire to be self-sufficient, acquire business skills and contribute to their families’ improved livelihoods. It aims to make a lasting impact, inspiring women to take charge of their destinies and create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
Through this initiative, the company is determined to train 10,000 women in the art of crafting delectable dishes using their QuikShef/Snack Buddy products.
The company will conduct comprehensive training sessions, guiding women on preparing delightful meals. The initiative also encourages home chefs to explore the potential of cloud kitchens, promoting innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
The company extends further support by assisting home chefs in getting listed on popular food-delivery apps, providing guidance on essential FSSAI licensing, and aiding with other necessary compliances.
Furthermore, as a token of recognition for their efforts, participants will receive certificates from Wardwizard, underscoring the value and validation of their contributions to the culinary landscape and their communities.
Speaking on the initiative, Sheetal Bhalerao, chairperson and managing director, Wardwizard Foods and Beverages expressed her enthusiasm. “Empowering women has always been a core value for us. With the “#SheVentures” initiative, we aim to not only provide skills but also foster a community of strong, self-reliant women who contribute to the growth of our nation. Together, we can create a more inclusive and empowered society,” she added.
Women from all corners of the nation are invited to register on the dedicated website. The Wardwizard team will personally contact them for city-wise training sessions. In a supportive gesture, the company will also supply the first orders on credit, alleviating financial pressures for home chefs and allowing them to focus on building their businesses until they begin generating income.
