Expertrons has roped in Adetya VN Chopra as the vice president – HR and customer experience. Chopra was earlier the chief learning officer, senior group VP at Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

In his career spanning about two decades, Chopra has worked for NIIT as assistant vice president for over a year and a half, from 2011 to 2012. For the next five years, he served as chief executive officer at Veritas Human Capital Consulting, where he helped develop business in HR, and learning and organisational development across India, the US and the Philippines.

In 2018, he joined Fazlani Academy of Business Sciences in Mumbai, Maharashtra. By the time he left, he was vice president – strategic initiatives. There, he helped design talent journeys for employees and students, and also led campus hiring, product development of executive education programmes and corporate relations.

Chopra’s next stop was Bafna Group, where he joined as group head – HR.
