Prior to this appointment, Beckwith was working with ED&F Markets, a financial brokerage firm, as its head of HR.

Beckwith carries more than two decades of experience working as an HR leader and has served in various HR leadership positions in his career. He carries a mix of experience working in the financial brokerage sector, shipping services and software solutions sector. In the initial phase of his career, Beckwith worked with MF Global, a brokerage company. There, he spent almost 11 years and served his last position as director- HR.

Post that, Beckwith moved to Clarkson Platou as HR director, where his tenure lasted six years. He also spent close to two years with OEC connections, which provides software solutions to the OEM sector, as director HR.

Tris Simmonds, COO, Braemar, says that the Company is going through a restructuring phase and Beckwith’s experience in handling mergers and acquisitions will help the Company through this phase.
