Skincare company Glowbar announced the appointment of Allison Ginsberg as VP – people following a USD 10 million growth investment round at the start of 2023.

With the company’s intentions to expand, the appointment of Ginsberg will sure them up on the people front. She joins the company with nearly two decades worth of experience on her resume.

Prior to her appointment at the New York based skincare company, Ginsberg was senior director, HRBP for North America at Kate Spade New York for close to four years, her longest term.

She has worked in the HR function at many organisations in the beauty and fashion industry like Tory Burch, Tiffany & Co., Saks Fifth Avenue and Juicy Couture.

In alignment with the company’s expansion plans, Ginsberg was brought in to support and streamline the organisation’s retention and recruitment strategies to help execute its customised beauty treatments.

Ginsberg expressed her happiness with the appointment on her LinkedIn. “I’m thrilled to join Rachel Hinds Liverman and the Glowbar team as vice president, people! I could not be more excited to build, lead and deliver a best-in-class people strategy to support our incredible growing business,” she said.
