    Hilton elevates Rishi Tiwari as Cluster director of HR

    Rishi Tiwari has been elevated to cluster director of human resources at the Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks. Tiwari comes with an experience of more than a decade in the HR function. Prior to this role Tiwari was the director of human resources at Hilton.

    Moving into his new role, Tiwari will be responsible for profitable operations, Talent Management along with providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, training and development, people budget, employer branding, and labor relations.

    At the initial stage of his career, Tiwari has worked with Accor as a trainee intern and The Best Western Hotels and Resorts.

    In 2010 Tiwari joined The Lalit Hotel as a senior human resource executive. After working there for little over a year, he moved to Hyatt Regency Delhi as assistant manager HR and reached to the level of associate director of human resources within five years.

    Tiwari is a passionate human resource professional and has diverse experience in areas such as recruitment, industrial relation, training, performance management and compensation & benefits.

    Tiwari is also a certified HR auditor from XLRI. Tiwari holds a master’s degree from Annamalai University in labour laws.

    He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University.
