Join Ventures, a company which owns several D2C platforms such as IGP.com, Interflora India, IGP for Business and Masqa, has recently appointed Pooja Tiwari as their head of people and culture, designated as Chief People Officer.

Tiwari has a wealth of experience in HR, having worked with Nykaa as AVP – people & culture for the past four years. During this time, she played a crucial role in maintaining a talent pipeline for all future business needs, and also conceptualised and implemented several new people initiatives, in addition to providing advice and support to line managers and function heads.

Tarun Joshi, CEO & Founder of Join Ventures, expressed his enthusiasm at the new hire and praised Tiwari’s strategic vision and expertise which would enable the company to continue delivering outstanding results and provide a supportive environment for their employees to thrive.

Based in Mumbai, Tiwari will oversee all people processes, including talent acquisition, management and retention, organisational development and effectiveness, learning and development, total rewards, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She previously worked in various HR roles at Reliance Brands, Pocket Aces, PwC, Grant Thornton and Deloitte.
