Suri has been working in the area of HR strategy and transformation, leadership and talent management and rewards for over 22 years. He started his career in 1997 with Aon, as the global principal. He also served as the MD & CEO at Mercer. For two years, he served as the president and founder member of SOIL (School of Inspired Leadership).

Suri tells that it has been a decade since he has stepped into the area of learning and education and he wants to continue his passion by joining EdCast. ” I started SOIL a couple of years back with an aim to build good leaders and imparting quality education. The passion still remains within me, previously working with Mercer and starting the KPMG academy focusing on executive learning I am continuing the same passion by joining EdCast by providing knowledge through technology and make people stay relevant.” says Suri.

Asking about what plans he has about how he will go about his new role Suri says, “It may be too early to comment on that but as a leader I believe in two things, first tapping the new opportunities that the external environment presents to you and second building a strong collaborative team with individuals who have capabilities and are valued in the organisation.”

Apart from the industry experience, Suri is known for his stint with the National HRD Network (NHRDN) as president of the Delhi and NCR chapter from 2014 to 2016.
