    Palash Aggrawal appointed group head-HR, LT Foods

    LT Foods has announced the appointment of Palash Aggrawal as group head, HR. Backed by 30 years of diverse experience in HR leadership roles, across industries, Aggrawal was earlier leading HR at Grupo Bimbo (India).

    In his previous assignment, Aggrawal was responsible for integration of Grupo Bimbo’s culture with the acquired Indian organisation. He implemented global people policies and practices, such as talent management, organisation structure, defining grades and levels, compensation and benefit policies, and so on.

    Having worked in the IT, ITES, FMCG and manufacturing sectors, Aggrawal has experience in designing and implementing strategic people-management initiatives. Therefore, he brings to the table domain knowledge as well as hands-on experience in business HR, OD, change management, culture building, leadership development, employee engagement & talent management.

    With Aggrawal’s addition, Ashwani Kumar Arora, MD and CEO, LT Foods, believes that the Company shall “further build on a highly agile, responsive and people-centric culture to support and achieve its business objectives in the future.”

    Commenting on his new role at LT Foods, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of rice under the brand DAAWAT, Aggrawal admitted to looking forward to “further strengthening people processes and building a future-ready, talented and inspired organisation”.

    A science graduate and a master’s degree holder in personnel management & industrial relations from Jiwaji University, Aggrawal has worked with companies, such as Ester Industries, NEC India and R-Systems.
