Prerna Arora has joined RupeeRedee, a division of Digital Finance International (Finstar Financial Group), as head of human resources. In this assignment, she will “focus on driving organisational success by harnessing global human resources expertise”, she says in her social-media post.

She moves from Unlimit —a company that offers a simple financial interface to enable payments to flow freely and invisibly across borders—where she honed her skills in key account management, employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.

This commerce graduate from Delhi University, who also holds an MBA in human resource management and financial management, began her professional journey as an executive-administration at Kumudam Publications. Almost three years later, she moved to Directi, as senior executive HR and admin. Almost six years into this role, she was elevated to the role of HR operations specialist, based out of Gurgaon. During her tenure, she successfully managed end to end campus operations (offer letters, documentation, relocation, background verification). She also built and maintained a campus database and generated reports for the team to identify shortcomings and suggest process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.

In February 2019, she joined Ebaco Sports, as assistant manager-human resources. This role saw her sourcing through various channels, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, extending offers and ensuring smooth onboarding among other activities.

Her next stop was Ally, in May 2020 where her designation as that of human resources manager. Two years later, she switched to Unlimit, joining as human resource business partner-India, for well over a year and a half.

HRKatha wishes her all the best in her mission to empower teams through dynamic HR leadership, fostering a culture of growth and efficiency.
