Sunita Holzer is the new executive vice president (EVP) and chief human resources officer (CHRO), Verisk, the global data analytics company. In her new assignment, Holzer will lead the HR strategy and for the Company’s 9,000-strong workforce, spread across 30+ countries. and serves customers in the insurance, energy and specialized markets, and financial services industries.
Backed by thirty years of experience in the HR domain, Holzer earlier served as EVP and CHRO at Realogy Holdings for almost six years. There, she was responsible for all aspects of Realogy’s worldwide HR strategy and implementation for the Company’s 11,700 employees. She has been part the board of director of South Jersey Industries for more than nine years now.
Before joining Realogy, she was the founder and president of Human Capital Insight, an advisory firm whose mission is to provide clients with consultation and guidance on effective human capital strategy design and execution.
For two years, from 2012 to 2014, Holzer served as CHRO, DXC Technology. There, she was accountable for global HR governance for 80,000 employees across 60 countries. Her responsibilities included standardised global processes in compensation, HR operations, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
A graduate in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Holzer started her career with American Express as VP- HR, for eight years. Then, in 1997, she joined GE where she spent six successful years as VP – HR. Her next stop was Chubb Insurance, where she was CHRO for over nine years, before moving on to DXC.
