Debasis Panigrahi has joined Tata Realty And Infrastructure Limited(TRIL) as Vice President-HR. Prior to this appointment, he was leading the group HR function for Puravankara Limited and it’s subsidiary companies spreading across different business vertical such as Real Estate,Construction,Interior,Realty Tech e-commerce, as General Manager-Human Capital .
Prior to this, he has worked with as Karle Infra, RMZ Corp and iNetframe Technology. During his tenure with Karle Infra, he has successfully lead the HR from it’s formative stage to it’s current level of as an emerging leader in it’s business domain.
During his 17 years of professional career, apart from leading entire gamut of HR in diversified and challenging business environment, he has successfully lead multiple strategic HR projects on Org Structure, Job evolution, Cultural and Value framework, Career & Leadership Framework, Compensation & Reward Framework,SAAS based HR Digitisation in partnership with leading global consultants.
He has successfully lead HR during the period of Org Transformation related to diversification or Merger & Integration on multiple Occasions. He is a graduate in Physics, holds a management degree from Sambalpur University, further pursued his strategic SIMAP certification from XIMB and Master degree in Sociology from IGNOU. He is a certified Thomas Assessment professional on TEIQ, Balance score card Professional ,C&B professional and Certified on Critical Thinking and Problem solving.
He is trained on Competency based hiring, Hogan Assessment framework. He has shared dias as a panel member on contemporary HR topics.His area of academic interests are Science, Management, Technology, Sociology, Psychology and Law.
