Ashish Kumar has been named the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at TIAA India. Kumar brings over 18 years of experience working in various fields.
Earlier, he was associated with organisations such as Marsh McLennan Global Services, Barclays Technology Center India, JP Morgan Chase, Hewitt Associates and Dataquest Management Consultants. Prior to joining TIAA India, Ashish spent the last 7+ years with Marsh McLennan Global Services in Mumbai as their Head of Talent Acquisition supported by a team of 26 recruiters across 3 locations.
In the new role with TIAA, Kumar will be in charge of developing the talent acquisition strategy, working with the global organisation to promote collaboration, and overseeing on-campus strategy and execution. He will also be responsible for managing change and collaborating with HR operations, as well as leading executive searches for leadership positions.
Kumar is a highly skilled recruitment leader who is known for his dedication to making data-driven decisions, promoting diversity and inclusion, and staying up-to-date on recruitment trends.
In his personal life, Kumar enjoys expanding his knowledge of new technologies and financial markets, and he is also an avid gardener. Additionally, he is a passionate sports enthusiast who enjoys playing a variety of sports such as cricket, badminton, and tennis.
