Fluxon, the US-based startup that began operations in India in 2019, has set up an office in HiTec City, Hyderabad. It is gearing to hire full-stack developers and software engineers for the same.It is also working towards setting up an office in Bengaluru later this year.
Last year itself, the Company had revealed its intentions grow the workforce strength to over 1,000 over the next few years. It planned to hire about a 100 people a month.
At present, the Company which helps organisations in the healthcare, Crypto, Web 3, finance, consumer and social media space, has about 50 engineers in its team. It has created a virtual meetings platform called Dory that manages collaboration.
The product-based company was launched in San Francisco back in 2017. It has been hiring talent in India since 2019, from IIT, IIIT and BITS in Hyderabad.
Fluxon has relied heavily on the tech talent available in India and considers the country critical to its hiring plans. Therefore, it is not surprising that the Company will continue to see India as one of its main markets for expansion.
It is hoping that its unique packages and benefits, as well as learning and development programmes will help attract the best tech talent. Going forward, Fluxon desires to operate as per a profit sharing model so that its employees grow along with the Company.
