MobiKwik, a digital banking platform, has appointed Swati Singh as vice president of HR. Backed by over two decades of experience in HR, Singh will look after the people and culture agenda of the organisation.
She has previously held many leadership roles with companies like SOTI, Johnson Controls, Questa Management Consultants, Initto Technologies India, HCL, and Vertex. Her expertise lies in HR business partnering & operations.
Before joining MobiKwik, Singh was associated with Genpact as its director of people practice office. She joined the company after moving from SOTI, where she worked for more than five years as its director-HR.
During the initial years of her career, Singh worked with Vertex as its process coach and then moved to Shradha HRD as a corporate trainee.
Her longest stint was with HCL, where she was associated with the company for more than five years as its manager of HR generalist.
Swati is an alumnus of NMIMS. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from IMC, Delhi. Her specialities include strategising and implementing HR models to support matrix organisational structure, people strategy, overall talent and performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and retention planning.
