The EY intelligent payroll chatbot will be incorporated into the EY employee experience mobile and web applications, which offer compliant pay slips, tax documents, and insights to employees in 159 countries and 49 languages. Additionally, EY and Microsoft will collaborate further to create LLMs and new AI tax applications to formalise EY’s top practices on tax and payroll intelligence.
EY and Microsoft will continue to develop LLMs and new AI Tax applications to codify EY leading practices around tax and payroll intelligence. EY is committed to using advanced technologies and generative AI to improve the client experience. Microsoft is excited to be a part of this collaboration, which utilises azure open AI service to deliver innovative regulatory compliance solutions that take advantage of the world’s most advanced AI models.
