    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

    This position is responsible for reviewing of monthly payroll, ensuring statutory compliances and accuracy in Payroll activities and accounting and reconciling the Payroll cost into SAP.

    • Well experienced in end to end payroll processing and review.
    • Monitor and review payroll registers for various locations of Razorpay and its other entities against inputs, and ensure 100% accuracy.
    • Manage Salary Bank accounts in terms of fund requirements and salary and other employee payouts on a timely basis.
    • Ensure on time preparation and release of full and final settlements.
    • Prepare monthly payroll summary, trackers, schedules and provisions.
    • Manage payroll accounting, posting of Journal entries and reconciliations on SAP with 100% accuracy.
    • Perform on time month closure activities and ensure that P&L and balance sheets are reconciled on a monthly basis.
    • Review and ensure the statutory compliance team on PF, PT, TDS & LWF for various locations of Razorpay and its other entities.
    • Work on monthly, quarterly and annual Statutory payments and returns on a timely manor.
    • Work with the payroll service provider on year end activities i.e. Investment & flexi declarations, proof collections, Form16 generation etc.
    • Actively participate in internal and external Audits and ensure zero non-compliances

    Qualification and Experience:-

    • Must have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in India payroll various locations in India
    • Goog to have minimum 1 to 2 years of hand-on experience with SAP S4 Hana accounting software.
    • Experience with outsourced and in-house payroll processing
    • Experience with various payroll tools i.e. ADP, Ascent, greytHR, Excility etc.
    • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Tally.
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Good understanding of various statutory and labour compliances.
    • Graduate / post graduate in commerce and accounting stream.
