    XLRI student avails package worth Rs. 1.1 crore

    XLRI – Xavier School of Management proudly announces the successful achievement of 100% placement for its outgoing batch of 2021-23. The campus placement was conducted in two stages, the Lateral Recruitment Process (LRP) for students with prior work experience, and the Campus Recruitment Process (CRP) for students without work experience. The Final Placement process saw participation from 117 recruiters, including 30 new recruiters, with a total of 487 domestic and international offers.

    The median salary offered to the batch stood at INR 30.0 lakhs per annum with the top 10th and 25th percentile averages being INR 57.7 lakhs and INR 46.8 lakhs per annum, respectively. The average salary saw an increase to INR 32.7 lakhs per annum from INR 30.7 lakhs per annum in 2022. The highest domestic offer was INR 78.2 lakhs per annum from the ITES sector and the highest international offer was INR 1.1 crore per annum for the HR domain.

    The top domains based on the roles offered were Consulting, Sales & Marketing, and BFSI, with 43.8% of the students receiving Pre-Placement Offers. The top segments based on roles offered were Consulting, ITES, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, and General Management, with consulting firms extending offers to 29% of the candidates.

    The XLRI campus remained a preferred destination for consulting firms such as Accenture Strategy, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, and PwC, among others. The ITES, E-commerce, and Online Services sectors saw sustainable hiring, with major recruiters such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and PayTM participating. XLRI also remained a preferred campus for FMCGs, with top firms such as Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Nestle, and P&G participating.

    Father S George, director of XLRI, congratulated the students on this remarkable achievement, saying, “We have great students who will take greater responsibility in India Inc. as responsible leaders.” He also thanked the recruiters who participated and recruited the students, saying, “This stellar success is a testimony to our students’ resilient calibre in navigating the industry’s shifting trends.”
