She joins Leonardo Framil, CEO – Accenture, growth markets, in “congratulating Ajay Vij and Sandeep Dutta on their new roles, and wish them all the best as they shoulder this new responsibility together.”

Framil refers to Menon as “the embodiment of grace, humility, humour, intelligence and grit”, going on to say, “Not only has she been instrumental in building Accenture’s presence in India and elsewhere across our Growth Markets, she leaves a bright, indelible mark on our communities and on our employees”.

Vij, who is currently lead – corporate services and sustainability, will now also focus on the firm’s key priorities. An alumnus of the Oberoi School of Management, Vij has been with Accenture since 2006.
